Im not too sure about Hialeah but I know there is a lot near USA flea market.....right on NW 79st and I think between 25 and 27th ave....I left Miami 3 yrs ago so im not really sure on the location off the top of my head. I know Tattoos by Lou is over priced and over rated......if you want and feel like traveling, down south (Perrine) there is a tatt shop on US1 across from Carmax and Churchs chicken....dude name is Kevin and he does wonders. I got 3 tatts from him, or check the flea market down south past SW 186 street and US1...if u don't drive the busway bus takes u there take the metrorail to Dadeland South..... Or you can just view the yellow pages and find 1 in Hialeah. Sorry I wasn't as helpful as you were expecting but im in Atlanta now!
