Hey there. Well yea I want a standing calf machine and I cant find it any where. (i live in hialeah) So my only option is to order it online. If you will look at the top of the ad you will see a toll free number or you can e-mail them for any questions you might have. I would presume assembly is required by YOU -or at least partial assembly. Instructions should come with it. That's a lotta bread to blow for something you don't even know if you will like or not - but I guess it will decorate a corner of your den or basement quite well once the novelty of it wears off.
